On the shortlist that I made, my players are divided into four groups:
1. Group recommended the player with the four stars or more.
2. Group recommended the player with the three stars to three and a half stars.
3. Group recommended the player with the two and a half stars.
4. Group recommended the player with the two stars.
For groups one and two should be a top priority and are given frequent opportunities to play, because these players are likely to be core players on your team in the future, while groups of three and four might be good enough as a backup player in the future. Entering the shortlist in the game
1. Extract the file you have downloaded.
2. Move all four files in the directory ... \ My Documents \ Sports Interactive \ Football Manager 2012 \ shortlists
3. Create folder if none exists shortlists.
4. Run the game and then click Name Manager menu> Search> Shortlist
5. In the window menu click shortlist Shortlist> Import Shorlits> Click the name of the file> Select
6. Because there are four file shortlist repeat step 5 until all of them succeed in the import (see picture)
