0 Free Download Shollu 3.0.9

After more than four years there has been no development or the latest update, this time Alhamdulillah, at the beginning (before) Ramadan 1433 H, the new version Shollu succeeded in the release. 3:09 Shollu includes many important improvements and replacement of files or a call to prayer with a better quality than before.

This release also as a Ramadan gift to the Visitors and users Shollu, may benefit both developers and users who come to spread. One of the important changes in this version is the release Shollu as Open Source Software (and of course remain free).

Some of the improvements or additional features in this version of 3:09, among others:

•      4 file a new call to prayer with a better quality

•      Removal of all previous prayer file (like a lack of quality)

•      Indicator when saving settings

•      The output schedule of prayer in a better HTML

•      Further information on the Drop Zone when prayer time comes

•      Better support when storing additional messages in Windows Vista, 7 and above

•      Interface improvements in Windows Vista and 7

•      Improvements are sometimes the call to prayer silent prayer when the time comes

•      Icon new Shollu

Update Shollu is already planned for a long time, but constantly delayed due to various constraints. Now Alhamdulillah after unpacking again Shollu codes (rather messy), finally the new version can be released. I also apologize if a lot of user input and suggestions that can not be included in this version.

To file a long prayer, was not included in this 3:09 version, because of poor quality (8bit only) and can sometimes cause problems. Instead, I include 4 files to prayer with a better quality, although its side effects the installation file size to 3 times greater (version 3.08.2 is only about 1 MB, 3:09 to about 3.4MB version).


In addition, the help manual (CHM file) that is included with version 3.08.2 is still the same because of the use and the instructions are the same. Because of this as an early release after vakuum long enough, chances are there is still a shortage or something may be missing. Because of this, if any input, suggestions and other improvements delivered to my email please.

It is recommended to uninstall the old version before this new version (save the file first Task.dat if you make lots of extra messages in the program Shollu). Nevertheless, without the uninstall also, so long as the lid Shollu program first (right-click the icon and select enu Close Shollu Shollu).

0 IDM on UBUNTU Flatform

Who is not familiar with this one application downloader "Internet Download Manager" or more popularly known as IDM ... How to run IDM on Ubuntu [distro that I use] or another linux distro you use, do not so hard really :). You need only install Wine_1.5.0 and also download and install IDM_5.05 applications as usual using Wine

Install Wine
It is called the Wine project for linux. After installing it on Linux, it'll let you run most of the softwares that are built to run on MS windows on your newly installed linux distro!. So before installing IDM, you have to first set up wine on ubuntu  Now first...
1. Don't be afraid and start your Linux terminal first

2. Then issue the command below:

sudo apt-get install wine

3. Now when asked give your password and it'll automatically install all the necessary packages (Note- this may take a while since the it is a little over a hundred MB's.....)

After the installation finishes it'll add its own menus to the Gnome/KDE desktop task bar menus for ease of access. Now whenever you want to install a ".exe" file under Linux just right click on it and you'll see a newly added menu called “Open With Wine Windows Program Loader”.

Now just go to your IDM downloaded package (setup file), make sure to have a bit older version 5.18 (build8) or lower one, it may or may not be able to run the latest version....

1. Right click on the setup file and from the menu choose the above stated "Open With Wine Windows Program Loader" from the menu.

2. Now as in windows just follow the instructions and when in confusion just select all the default settings

3. Click finish at the end.

Now if everything went well you'll see that "beautiful" (hurray!!!) looking IDM icon on the Notification area on linux. Now functions such as automatic URL grabbing might not work but you can always copy and paste that URL manually into the IDM GUI or use the "Drop Target" feature.
